Dear Colonel & Ida:
As you know, Penny and I had hoped to share in your celebration April 7 & 8 by attending your induction into the O.C.S. Hall of Fame at Ft. Benning, Ga. but unfortunately a few matters distracted us.
So to you, Ida, and all your family members and friends, have a wonderful time and do hope you'll be able to share some photos of all the pomp and circumstance surrounding the two days of activity.
