I was just talking with a friend who went on one RSSC cruise with me about 5 years ago. She says she gets mailings from them all the time. While I'm not one with a large number of nights, before this year is out I'll have been on 6 RSSC cruises. And the last thing I got in the mail directly from them (as opposed to from Ngaire and Susan) was a newsletter about a year ago. Serious flaw in their marketing operation.
