The Hainanese Chicken Rice I've tried in California, parts of London and in Vancouver pre-cruise pale in comparison. The Singapore version is more flavorful and succulent. And I don't think it's because I'm biased.
Anyway, I'm off to Singapore in a few hours! May not have time to check in at LCT while I'm away. Many, many activities planned with family & friends -- mostly of the yummy kind!!!
