I recall sending emails from Voyager but am unsure whether we can receive them. Unless I missed it, the documents don't give an onboard email address [a la Crystal]. Clarification anyone?

Paula, You can go to the Internet Cafe and log on to your web-based email to send and receive messages. I remember being on the Navigator a few years back and sending an email through the Radisson system. I got a return email placed in an envelope on my cabin door. I don't think that system is still in operation.

Paula, most of us just use our regular email, providing that your ISP has a way to check your email online. If not, you can always set up a free servcie before you leave like Gmail or Hotmail, while you are away.
Since RSSC installed the internet cafes, most of us don't use the ship's email system anymore.

thanks for the replies. Betty, I have tried the above web site and its works, from home at least. Otherwise I'll follow Karen's suggestions. I would have liked to receive [& be notified of having rec'd] an email, in case of problems. We appreciate this feature on Crystal.

You may still be able to handle this the same way Paula. You just use the email address assigned by the ship to your name. It simply costs more per email than the internet time costs. Check when you are on board. So few people do it now but that does not mean the service is not available. I honestly dont know for sure.
