I apologize if this has already been posted and I missed it. Here are some more tidbits. More benefits for loyal guests in 2006! "Our goal is to make the Seven Seas Society more personalized and benefits-centered for our loyal guests," said Kenneth Watson, executive vice president, marketing and sales for Radisson Seven Seas. "This program enhancement is a concerted effort to continue to recognize and reward our highly prized repeat customers. In fact, the changes are the direct result of feedback we've received from them in the past year."
After guests sail once with the luxury cruise line, they automatically become Seven Seas Society members. Among its benefits, membership now includes savings of 5% -10% on select sailings, instead of the previous uniform 5% discount. From personalized welcome packages to receipt of Radisson Seven Seas' own Inspirations magazine and e-mail correspondences with exclusive offers, a variety of value-added components reward these loyal customers.
The new four-tiered program will recognize guests with benefits based on the number of nights they have sailed with the line. Among the new program highlights: exclusive activities and events onboard and ashore; stateroom/suite one-category upgrade certificates; complimentary onboard Internet access and laundry service; priority access to itineraries; early boarding; priority restaurant and spa reservations; spa certificates and more.
This section of the website will be enhanced and will only be accessible to Seven Seas Society members. A new referral program will also make it easy - and rewarding - for guests to refer friends to Radisson Seven Seas.
Membership will carry additional privileges, as participants will be privy to exclusive benefits unique to the Seven Seas Society, including enrollment in the luxury line's new Signature Cellars wine club.
The enhanced Seven Seas Society program will be fully launched in the fall and will be in place for 2006.
I wonder what the four tiers are? I sure hope we get credit for days already sailed!

We have cruised with Radisson only 3 times, but we have never received their INSPIRATIONS magazine. I love reading anything cruise related, so I wish I could get my hands on a copy of it. How often is it published? Is there much of interest in it? Just wondering what I'm missing! Jacki

Marc,
Thanks for posting this information. It will be very interesting to see how each tier is rewarded. Sounds like a good program, so far!
Marcie,
I would think you and Tom will be one of the top cruisers!! You will be in for some great benefits, it look like.

Ginny, although we sure have lots and lots of nights...there are actually people we met on the World Cruise that put us to shame! Some people go on the WC every year...it's their winter home! Still, I sure would like to get our past credit!
Jack, we didn't use to receive it either but I called Radisson on the 800 number and requested it, now it comes automatically.

This tiered program sounds interesting!!
As for the 5% and 10% discount, has anyone seen 10% discounted cruises in the schedule?

Karen ChatKat & I are doing one on June 9th.
I also had to call to start receiving Inspirations & yet a good friend that hasn't sailed with them since 2005 gets 2 copies every printing. Go Figure.

Betty -
I just got an email from Wendy - she and David will be joining us as well. We will have to think of a name for this one. There will be the Cordon Bleu classes aboard too. It's a spotlight on Food and Wine. Should be excellent!!

What is the source for this quote? If correct it will supply everything my SE and I have been wanting. Previous trips, I am sure, will be included in the tiers.

Ray & Penny
You should do a B2B and join us in Monte Carlo. I would love to go on with Kathy to Copenhagen but have a huge land trip with Denise & Priscilla & Judy that fall. If I could only find that money tree!!! Hoping I don't end up with a conflict. I have a BIL buried at Arlington & in late May or early June his son is bringing the entire family for the ceremony to install a regular tombstone and then bring the Arlington cross back to Texas to be erected next to his parents graves. This will be a command appearance, plus I want to be there. I hope it will be held around Memorial Day so a conflict will not be a problem.
Editing to add: That is great about Wendy. Our group is growing. YEA!

Hi Betty,
Nice that we might get to meet you. Although we have booked, it will not be a certainty until next Feb. So many ways to use vacation, so little time and money!
But David is surprisingly excited about this one, so we'll see. Any ideas about pre-cruise? I'm thinking either: a couple of days just in Nice; a few days in Provence just on our own; or a few days in Paris before flying to Nice. David's never been to Paris, and my experience is old and not very great--I admit in the old days I was always intimidated by France (being a Canadian they expect me to actually speak French instead of just knowing a few words), but my times in FP have helped with that, strangely.
Post-cruise, if we have one, will be a few days by car out of Heathrow, perhaps to the West Country or Wales.

Hi Betty & Kathy:
I wish we could do a b2b but our poor wallet says that's a "no no". As a matter of fact, it looks like we'll be doing a kitchen makeover which will curtail some planned travels.
Betty: Your BIL's son must be one neat guy!
Sorry to be responding so late but Penny and I have been on the go attending to family situations.
Cheers! Ray
