I know that this has been discussed before, but would appreciate some feed back. We are on 9/8 Navigator NYC - Montreal and are thinking about inviting some friends on board for lunch while in Boston. I recall reading that these arrangements can be made. Any help on how to do this would be appreciated.

I believe Ngaire has told us before that this needs to be done at least 30 days in advance with your TA. Not to say it won't happen, good luck!

It should be done well in advance of the cruise. They usually don't approve the requests until @ 30 days prior to the cruise. It can be done once you're aboard, but it's a real pain in the neck for the crew and RSSC won't tell you that it can be done then.
