Based on comments made on board the Riviera I think that we may ACTUALLY get a new Regent ship. I have been hearing about this for so long I was at the point that I was not listening any more. However, this time I think that the rumors have more substance the sources (I will not mention) are very credible.
The penthouses on the Marina and Riviera are really good. Lots of plugs with 110, a huge and wonderful closet, great bathroom, lots of drawers and counter space and a work area for TWO people with computers. Only problem is the curtain between the bedroom and living area does not come all the way across. Not sure why they have not done that I know it was mentioned a lot from the Marina shakedown but still only a short "decorative" drape. From what I understand the standard suite on the new RSSC ship will be similar and just a bit bigger. Hopefully with the full curtain like all the other RSSC ships. FANTASTIC!
When this will be announced (if it does indeed happen) I have no idea but probably will be 2015 before it would come out even if started now.
