For the computer use, you are charged from the time you log on."
RSSC charges only when you upload or download. If you have a laptop and feel like bringing it, you can work for free until you send, receive, or surf. IMHO it's sounds like a ripoff when almost everything else is included, but I guess they feel that if you can afford the tariff ...
