Maybe it takes a librarian to appreciate this and I know there are several of us on LCT. I found it very funny. Great video of a monk that has called the Help Desk to help with the new fangled book that he has to use instead of his trusted scrolls. English subtitles at top. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eRjVeRbhtRU

Hilarious, Betty! Gosh, I'm afraid I've sounded like that before with a help desk.

Great, Betty! Sounds like me when I first tried to use a computer (and I'm not much more advanced now!)

It reminded me, Betty, of the many lectures I get from Tony - put your mouse here, use your head, I just told you what to do blah blah blah

That was funny! My help desk consists of me yelling, "Masaki!".
