Escher was very cool -- but for some reason, it seems all very 80s now. Maybe it's just me. Or maybe it's because he hit big during that time period?? Dunno but now whenever I see his drawings/paintings, I immediately flash back ... and it's a shame because the level of detail is quite remarkable.
