Many, many years ago we stayed at the Negresco for a week, rented a car and drove to various areas each day. On the Grande Corniche are 2 of the most famous restaurants in the world. La Bonne Auberge (Churchill dined there) and La Veille Maison. The ambience, the views, the romance and the food. Check to see if they are still there.
