I'll second what Marc says that RSSC is very reasonable. I'm sailing Oceania to the Med over the summer (no Diamond!) and they really add a hefty markup.

Also, RSSC also allows you to order individual excursions right online. Again, Oceania only allows you to buy a "package" of 6 or so excursions and won't allow you to do it piece meal and get what you really want. I think this is a great feature with RSSC.
