Well after Gary and Ken's photos, I'm feeling a bit intimidated to post, but I did just update our blog through lunch yesterday. We did see a beautiful brother and sister lion (but I don't know how to import the photos here, so you'd have to go to my blog to see them). Also, we had some interesting lunch guests yesterday--again, if interested, see the blog.

Yesterday afternoon, which I haven't written up yet, we had an interesting encounter with a small herd of elephant. And then today, we saw our first leopard this trip. We have also seen large herd of buffalo.

It's about time for lunch, so perhaps I'll get a little further on the blog before the afternoon game drive. Speaking of food, ours has not been wonderful. There have been a couple of good dishes, but we really misbehaved last night at dinner--mostly because of the food quality. I kept wondering if we would have been better behaved if Ngaire had been around. Gail, who has been fighting a cold, skipped dinner, so I had no one to rein me in.

We did have a pleasant bush breakfast this morning, though we were starving because we had spent so much time tracking the leopard.

I did have some pretty good spinach canneloni for lunch, and Gail had a good Greek salad. Now we're trying to organize our packing for our quick flight to Leopard Hills tomorrow.
