We did Ngaire's trip last February and it was wonderful. Met all our expectations. We were with another couple & the egypotologist who accompanied us the entire 11 days was extremely knowledgeable. We flew into Cairo for a few days, then flew to Luxor. We then boarded the Triton (the Salacia was not avilable at that time) and sailed to Aswan. From there, we flew to Abu Simbal & back to Cairo.

We combined this with an independant trip to India & the entire 5 weeks were magical with a very high learning curve. I highly recommend this trip.
