While no one would like to see Dag leave Regent all need to realize that Regent is a company that will survive. It is more important that Dag does what is best for his career and family. We should be supportive of both Regent and Dag with what ever the outcome. In my business life I came to understand that often there are many aspects of such changes that are more complicated than one realizes on the surface.
