Sorry I have not been around, I had shoulder surgery a week ago and am just now getting back up to speed. My big priority is not a diet, but getting this shoulder back into shape for snorkeling on FUN! I am really looking forward to it .... FUN has become my motivation during physical therapy!! Looking forward to the chocolate martinis too...
