Just wanted everyone to know that I just heard from RSSC. I am now headed for the BB Pearl Resort OWB as originally requested! I'm VERY impressed with RSSC's handling of this matter. I know that the overbooking was something that was out of RSSC's control.
Thanks everyone here for all your advice, thoughts, support, etc. You're a great group. I hope our paths cross someday. In the meantime I'll keep on posting!
