Thanks for that info. We were thinking about hitting a local club the last night and will definitely not make the mistake of getting a cab through the concierge. We don't fear a little walking. It's the stumbling back that would be a drag! Good to know they can drive up to the pier on the return.

I have another question for you, PGJunkie - the travel book I have on FP says not to go to what they call dance clubs unless you already know how to dance. They refer to clubs with bands that play Tahitian fox trots and tangos, etc. Are these ballroom dance clubs? That would make more sense,`as I can't see why the locals would care whether or not you could dance to top 40 music.
