This was a great review (thanks JanR, makes my already anticipatory feelings for the PG skyrocket) but more importantly I hope the Regent lurkers really pay attention to what is being said about the cruise consultants. I've never had an issue with the ones we have dealt with on the mariner, but it sounds like the ones on the Navigator and Voyager in the examples highlighted have much to learn about what it means to be a consultant!!! I'd be VERY concerned about this feedback!

Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry, but by demonstrating that all peoples cry, laugh, eat, worry, and die, it can introduce the idea that if we try and understand each other, we may even become friends ~~M. Angelou~~
