Jack, intresting comments. What do you mean by "third world"? I don't think of France, Britain, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, and others in that category, so have never hesitated to fly AirFrance, British Airways, Alitalia, SwissAir, Luftansa and others. But you suggest only flying on a US line. Can you expand on this a little bit? I value your comments as a former pilot.
