Hi Cyndi, yes, we put a deposit down yesterday.
The thing won't be built for two years, so plenty of time to think and plan. A bit of an impulse purchase, although we had been thinking that some day we would be doing this, just not so soon. But the more I think about it, the happier I am. The location is perfect for us. Less to worry about when we travel, and I can go to the cottage in the summer without worrying about whether the grass is cut here.
