Dave, that does not make sense at all? Are they still going to require all the booking numbers for the other guests? Will all the E and higher have to sit together if they book 90 days in advance and the rest of us booking at 75 days can only invite others in our same boat as all the E+s will have booked already?
I knew Oceania was a screwed up cruise line but this really takes the cake.
