Based on a recommendation from this Board, we have booked Roma shuttle to take us from the port to Rome. Can anyone tell me what the customary tip for such a driver would be? Also, does anyone have a recommendation for a nice restaurant for dinner in Rome. We had wanted to go to La Pergola, which is supposed to be one of the nicest restaurants in Rome, but when we tried to make reservations (almost 2 months in advance) it was already booked.
