LIVERPOOL. Been here three times and did everything Beatles. So I decided to do a tour of the town and glad I did. We left early and drove around the housing areas of Liverpool. So many homes jammed up together - not inviting. But then we spent a lot of time in the downtown area that I had not really seen much of in the past. They have so many unique building a lot massive churches. We did go to Penny Lane and of course the guide has lived here his whole life and he was not young. He shared information on the Beatles I had not heard before, even though we have done intensive Beatles tours twice before. We ended up in the St. Peters Cathedral the largest Cathedral in Belfast. Quite impressve.
