First two cruises went from "Call" to "waitlist;" I think Regent is going to give up on these first two trips and start in Barcelona on 6 October.
Seems to me that would be easier than trying to rebook airfare, tours, etc. Such a substantial change from the original itinerary on the first segment, a lot of folks probably cancelled anyway.
