Friday October 16 - Saturday October 17 (big event) Sunday October 18th. Some come in on Friday and stay to Monday morning. Everyone's choice as to arrival and departure but things do happen on all three days. Went to check out the Omni Hotel today and working on a special rate. Nice rooms and beautiful hotel. Should have a good special rate and working on all of this right now. Stayed tuned it will all be out before I leave on my next trip.
