I had the same problem as Tom. In the past, the system would say that the second segment dates were not yet available for booking. This time the system will allow me to book dates in the second segment but gives me a message saying that a second segment booking will result in cancellation of the first segment booking in the same restaurant. So the system is only allowing one reservation per restaurant instead of the two reservations per restaurant to which we are entitled.

The solution is to call Regent. The agent will make second segment reservations over the phone without cancelling first segment reservations.
