well, sort of.

We closed on our retirement home today in Georgetown TX; we bought my mother and her husband's house. Alas, I still need to work for a living so we still need to reside in Huntsville (Alabama not Texas). We were lucky and had the house rented out even before we had a loan (long story about loan when buying "investment property" from family).

Still, we like the idea of calling ourselves "Texans;" we have met so many great Texans over the years; glad to be a little closer to y'all.
