I am very happy to hear that most of you would prefer to dress up a bit for New Year's Eve.
After all, if that isn't a formal night, I don't know what is?!??!
I would like to know from those who have cruised the Panama Canal that time of year, how warm will the temperature be in the evening?
Perhaps "formal light" would be the perfect thing?
No matter what, I know it's going to be so special to be transitting the Canal on New Year's Eve.
