Conrad the expedition leader said it was looking good for the Northwest Passage. The one area they were worried about is now clear. He said a lot of changes in the last few days. So it sounds GREAT.

After today's visits to the Inuit villages I am very enthusiastic about what we will see on the Northwest Passage trip.

The plans for disembarking the Discoverer in Nome look well planned, A transfer to the airport, check in of the bags. A hospitality room in town where we can leave our carryons and walk around town. Then a transfer back to the airport. All complimentary. It will probably be exactly the same when we arrive in Nome.
