Get amounts you think you need from each nation's ATM = they are all over. Use an ATM linked to your financial institutions.
Credit cards are ubiquitous but make sure your cards don't add fees on foreign transactions, some do, some don't. Tell your card brands you'll be abroad so they will not be suspicious with the foreign transactions.
