Made it to our hotel. Finally!! Friday at 6:00 pm
What a mess at Istanbul airport going through customs.
Hundreds of people trying to get into the queue all at once.
Very long lines. Then had to wait about 1/2 hour for shuttle
to arrive, then rush hour traffic made it take 45 minutes to hotel.
This morning we slept in. Doing a 1/2 day tour this afternoon.
Jeff & Helen arrive after midnight. Tomorrow meet at 9 am
and hit the sites hard.
Really impressed so far with the Amira Hotel.and location to the
old part of Istanbul is great.
