Ted, we all love to skirt those Regent visa charges, and at least the Turkey one got easier, always was when you arrived there before the cruise (get at airport like Doug said). Hmmm....reciprocity I understand, but who started all that vis a vis Brazil, us or them?
I loved that electronic thing from Australia.
My uneducated guess is that we made it difficult for Brazilians to come here so Brazil made it difficult for us.
