Ngaire, I would never put Mark Conroy on the spot. In fact, I have never emailed him or anyone else at Regent. And I am not going to complain to anyone except the destinations department onboard the ship. Regent, and PCH, are free to run their business in whichever manner they choose, and I am free to choose whichever provider I choose. So far, I have stayed with Regent so they must be doing something right.
