if regent service is like voyageur they will lose many many cruisers !!they need a quality control person to monitor as the service level has dropped huge!
Victor, that is sad to hear.....People need to continue to complete the comment cards or better yet, tell the management while onboard of these issues. I do hope you let people know of your dissatisfaction in service.
