Here's a chart that I found for transfers to the port (Laem Chabang) - I have no recommendation for this company (orientalescapes.com) but this provides ballpark amounts, which seem really inexpensive:

from Bangkok to Leam Chabang:

1800 THB = approx $60
2700 THB = approx $90
