I am posting this for Ngaire, it's from the expedition leader from the Prince Albert

Dear All

Today we went further South than we have ever gone in the Weddell Sea. We
went as far as the Southern end of Snow Hill Island until we reached the
most Northern extend of the sea ice and could go no further.

Upon reaching the sea ice we spotted our first Emperor Penguin. We offered a
zodiac cruise on the ice edge, seeing a total of 5 Emperor Penguins. We also
had the unique opportunity to put the guests on the ice.

We had blue skies, not a breathe of wind and a temperature of 12 Degrees or
54 Degrees Fahrenheit.

IT WAS A PERFECT DAY TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!
