For those going on Coassacks or other trips to Turkey, I came across this article in this weekend's Washington Post travel section. It's about a journalist stopping in Cappadocia on her way back to the States from assignment in Iraq. She mentions an interesting restaurant to try. Cappadocia is certainly on our "bucket list" and if we were on Cossacks, we would have surely gone on the Ngaire's post-cruise.
