Things are progressing and we have purchased a web cam that will be live during the party.

Regent Party: 106 people
Billy Bobs: 78 people
Billy Bobs Bus:72 people
Brown and Keene Office Visit: 51 people
Keg Farewell Dinner: 39 people

We will have enough transportation for the party, the office visit and the keg with the Aloft shuttle and private cars so everyone will be accommodated.

I have not seen the full 2011 schedules yet but have been promised we will have them by the party with a copy for everyone in attendance.

BILLY BOBS: The estimated price was $70 per person and it actually came out right at that amount. I am not posting all the figures here, I have them and Karen has them if you wish to see the analysis. This is the actual cost divided equally between everyone including Ken and I and the staff of Brown and Keene. So if you can send me a check payable to Brown and Keene at 14160 Dallas Parkway, Suite 450, Dallas, Texas 75254 for $70 per person or $140 per couple that would be appreciated.

There are always items you forget and I anticipate the buses may go over the allotted time but Brown and Keene will cover any additional cost involved
