chard...I also find Chard too fat/buttery, but there are some good unoaked Chards...as the saying goes, try it..you'll like it...suggest
Razor's Edge Aussie unwooded chard is good and only $12 or so. And if you like Pinot Grigio, bet you'll love Pinot Gris...best out there imo, is King's Estate PGris.
