Just to let you know the van company mentioned that it would be tight in the vans as they hold 11 and both vans have 11. One in the front, 3 in the next two rows and 4 in the back. I told her you were all "buds" and it would be fine. If we got another van then the price would go up and you have to split up etc etc.
They are aware of the "plan for the day" and will be at the hotel as planned.
