The crew of the Navigator. Several of us had a long conversation regarding the delays in Puerto Rico. The crew has to be especially nice to them, or, the delay will be even longer. As mentioned in my review, on the last cruise, the Navigator was held up until 11:00 a.m. These delays are quite common.
