I do agree about the "tipping thing", but interestingly, because our cruise was a Virtuoso sponsored cruise, the gratuities were included for us. Nice!

Those disembarkation nightmares can happen on any cruise, due as you said, to inconsiderate passengers. No fault of the cruise line!

I did not mention the wine issue. We are wine drinkers, and while I feel that RSSC's free flowing complimentary wine is a very classy touch, it's not a deal breaker for us that we have to buy our wine.
