Well, all this talk about carryons - Lufthansa made me check my carryon a couple weeks ago, and we were flying biz class. That's a first for us - have never had to check a carryon even in economy. She wanted to check Greg's carryon too! - horror! :eek: - but he very nicely asked, "PLEASE NO - my laptop is in there, and I have nowhere else to put it." She let him get by, but probably because we each only had one checked bag (well, technically I then had TWO :( ) apiece. Times have certainly changed.
