Jim, when RSSC started selling "bundles" of time, they changed the policy. Before it was only uploading or downloading at about $.75 per minute. Now it is from the time you log on till log off. At least that's the way it's been for me for the last several cruises. $6 per hour for one hour, then as you buy more hours, price per hour goes down. So when ship is in a weak signal area, costs can escalate.
The good thing is that internet is free once you've got about 24 nights!
