10 signs that indicate the cruise is almost here:

1 - Collecting the formalwear from the dry cleaners / tailors (the trousers just needed rehemming - honest).

2 - Getting the suitcases out of storage, then having to find somewhere to store the stuff you had stored in the suitcases.

3 - Buying more luggage tags as the old ones have vanished.

4 - Buying more mosquito repellant as the old one has vanished.

5 - Visiting the hairdressers for that holiday haircut.

6 - Having to wear old clothes as the good stuff is "for the cruise".

7 - Not being able to remember how many formal, informal and casual nights there are.

8 - Suddenly remembering you need to get some dollars (only applies to us aliens).

9 - Finally abandoning that pre-cruise diet - it makes no difference now.

10 - Wondering if you can get away with using last year's suncream; does it really go off?
