Hi Arlene- I have had to reset my iPod on several occasions. It is pretty simple task. Just look up iPod help either by launching your iPod program on the computer or directly from the Apple site. Once you reset the iPod, you attach it to your computer and it will reload all of your music. Bert and I are looking forward to seeing you in August.
