There are many folks on this site that have experience with making excursion and dining reservations AFTER (sometimes long after) they have come available and still get all that they request. If being first in line really matters; just book a Cat E for your next cruise and then go back to Cat H once you get to Silver.
This isn't that big a deal.... relax.
