I don't know if this should have been posted on another thread. I found this picture earlier today. I have been hooked on www.nola.com reading first hand reports and looking at pictures. They are doing the best they can; I just wish they would start shooting looters. I think we handled things a lot better in FL as they had a no tolerance policy.

This is a picture of St Bernard's Parish. This was caused by flooding from Industrial Canal. I think this was also casued by storm surge from Lake Borgne [sp].
