Crystal, make sure your browser is set to show the newest version of the page you are viewing.
To do so, (just in case you aren't sure how)
Click tools at the top of the page (I hope you are using Microsoft internet browser!) Scroll down to internet options and choose
the general tab. In the temporary internet files area, click on "settings". Make sure under "Check for newer version of stored pages" that "automatically" is checked.
